AUTOSCOPESOS TERMS OF SERVICE

1. SERVICE AVAILABILITY AND LIMITATIONS
AutoscopeSOS is available for use only within the United States. The Services require a compatible mobile device with
location and Bluetooth access, as well as your consent to connect your vehicle's data. Performance may be affected by
mobile coverage, vehicle compatibility, software limitations, and third-party service outages. Autoscope is not
responsible for interruptions beyond its control, including GPS loss, weak network connections, or lack of telematics
data.
2. RESPONSIBLE USE
You and any user accessing AutoscopeSOS through your account must use the Services in compliance with applicable
laws and only when it is safe to do so. You are responsible for monitoring alerts and taking appropriate action.
AutoscopeSOS is not a substitute for law enforcement or emergency services. In the event of theft or crash detection,
you are solely responsible for contacting law enforcement and providing necessary documentation if you want location
data shared.
3. DATA ACCESS & PRIVACY
By using AutoscopeSOS, you authorize access to your vehicle's telematics, including location, movement, crash
detection, battery status, and diagnostics. We may collect information from your mobile device, such as device ID,
operating system, and usage activity. Refer to our Privacy Policy at https://autoscope.io/privacy-policy for how we
collect, use, share, and protect your data. You agree to inform all drivers and occupants that AutoscopeSOS collects
vehicle and device data.
4. SERVICE PLANS & PAYMENTS
AutoscopeSOS is offered in both free (ad-supported) and premium (ad-free) versions. Paid subscriptions are billed
monthly and renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. All payments are prepaid and
non-refundable, regardless of service interruptions. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your app store or
account settings.
5. SOFTWARE LICENSE
Autoscope grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use its software solely for personal vehicle
monitoring. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, redistribute, or attempt to extract the source code of the app or any
part of its software. The app may automatically update to include performance improvements, bug fixes, or new
features.
6. ALERTS & NOTIFICATIONS
AutoscopeSOS may deliver alerts for unauthorized movement, tampering, crash detection, battery failure, and other
vehicle events. Alerts are based on telematics data and may be delayed or unavailable depending on signal quality,
system load, or vehicle condition. We do not guarantee detection or prevention of theft, crashes, or other incidents.
7. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Some features depend on integrations with third-party data providers (e.g., vehicle manufacturers, mapping services,
wireless networks). We are not liable for performance issues caused by these third parties. Offers from third-party
service providers (e.g., oil change reminders, nearby mechanics) are optional, and Autoscope is not responsible for
those products or services.
8. ACCOUNT SECURITY
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and activity. Notify us immediately at info@autoscope.io
if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Autoscope disclaims all implied
warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant
uninterrupted access, accuracy of vehicle data, or the prevention of theft, damage, or loss.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Autoscope will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
arising from the use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid in subscription
fees in the prior 12 months. You agree to hold Autoscope harmless for losses arising from third-party services, law
enforcement delays, or telematics failures.
11. TERMINATION
You may stop using the Services at any time. Autoscope may suspend or terminate your access without notice if you
violate this Agreement or misuse the Services. Upon termination, your license ends, and data access is revoked. No
refunds will be provided for terminated subscriptions.
12. ARBITRATION & CLASS ACTION WAIVER
You and Autoscope agree to resolve all disputes through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration
Association (AAA). You waive the right to bring or participate in any class action lawsuit or jury trial. You may opt out of
this arbitration clause by sending written notice within 10 days of accepting these Terms to info@autoscope.io. Each
party pays its own legal fees unless otherwise required by law or the arbitrator.
13. GENERAL TERMS
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining terms
remain in effect. Autoscope may assign this Agreement; you may not assign it without prior consent. The Services are
intended for users age 13 and older with the capacity to enter into legally binding agreements.
